Our PTA’s mission is rooted in ensuring that all families, particularly those of students with disabilities, are meaningfully included in school communities and decision-making processes. Through developing the ESE Parent Representative Program, we created a replicable model for building intentional family engagement, amplifying underrepresented voices, and fostering stronger collaboration between parents, PTA units, and schools.

Our PTA’s mission is to promote collaboration, ensure representation for all families, and create inclusive programs that reflect the diversity of our community. We believe every family deserves to participate fully in school life and to see their voices recognized, respected, and reflected in decision-making.
