Historical position statements of the Florida PTA have been moved to historical status at the recommendation of the platform committee after notice to the board of directors. Justification for moving items to historical status includes: desired action accomplished, item no longer timely or relevant, or item replaced by more current item on the subject. The text of historical items will be preserved in an archive easily accessible at the Florida PTA Office. Text can be obtained by contacting the state office.
